Alba, in northern Italy’s Piedmont region, is renowned for producing the white truffle, one of the rarest and most expensive gourmet ingredients. Join Piedmonte native Daniel Eggener and chef Fernanda Giamella to learn about Italy’s truffle hunting culture and participate in a unique, interactive cooking class focusing on the delicacy of the truffle.
