  • Is there a dress code?

Attire for the Summit during the day should follow "business casual" guidelines. For the evening receptions, festive/cocktail attire is encouraged—and we welcome you to dress on-theme for "Skyline Sparkle" on the evening of October 3 at Peak (we're dressing for those views)!

  •
  • Please note that all of our venues will have a coat check, so please make sure to dress for the weather and be comfortable.

  • How will the 1x1 Meetings run?
  •

The 1x1 meetings will be structured as trade show-style meetings at tables. Each meeting will run for 8 minutes with a 1-minute break in between.

You will have individual meetings with the following Indagare teams: Executive Team; Bookings Leadership Team (who manage the travel agency side of the business); the Trip Designers and their Operations Partners (meet in teams of two or three); the Indagare Journeys Team (who plan, execute and sell our group trips); the Membership Team (who vet and onboard our members, providing initial consultations and advice on destinations, and taking client briefs); the Content Team (our journalists and editors who are responsible for all of our print and digital content, including our biannual magazine, social media, website and newsletters); the Productions Team (who produce and develop our video series, virtual experiences and film-based content, in addition to Melissa’s podcast "Passport to Everywhere"); and the Business Development Team (who handle partnerships and marketing, collaborating between our creative teams and our external partners).
