How will the 1x1 Meetings run?

The 1x1 meetings will be structured as trade show-style meetings at designated tables. Each meeting will last six minutes, including transition time. You will have exactly 3 hours and 42 minutes of break time from 1x1 meetings. We have grouped your break slots together this year, so you can either use the conference room (which has a capacity of ~20 people) during meeting times, or leave the William Vale. Please note that lunch and presentations are separate from this break time and may take place during your break sessions.

During the Summit, you will meet individually with representatives from the following Indagare teams:

• Executive Team
  

• Bookings Leadership Team, which oversees the travel agency side of the business
  

• Trip Designers and their Operations Partners, who work together in teams of one or two
  

•  Indagare Journeys Team, who plan, execute and sell our small-group trips
  

• Membership Team, which welcomes new members, conducts initial consultations and helps match travelers with the right destinations and trip designers
  

• Content Team, our journalists, editors and producers responsible for our editorial content across our website, newsletter, social media, video, virtual experiences and events
  

• Operations Team, which manages partner relationships, sponsorships and cross-functional collaboration
  

• Marketing Team, which leads our marketing strategy and member communications

Will there be Wi-Fi?

Yes, the hotel’s public Wi-Fi will be available. However, due to the large scale of the Summit, we highly recommend downloading all presentations and materials in advance to avoid any potential connectivity delays.

What meals are included, and will dietary restrictions be considered?

All meals noted on the Summit agenda are included. Please plan to attend the events listed below. Any dietary restrictions you shared in your Lookbook form have been noted and will be accommodated. Coffee, tea, and water will be available throughout the day, and snacks will be provided during designated breaks.

What is the attire?
Business casual is recommended for daytime meetings, and cocktail attire is requested for the evening reception.

When do I need to arrive and depart?
The Summit begins at 8:30 a.m. on September 15 and concludes at 6:00 p.m. on September 16.

Do I need to bring business cards and other informational materials?

To reduce paper waste, we ask that you refrain from bringing printed informational materials or business cards. We will provide all attendees with one another’s contact information before the Summit, as well as contact details for everyone you meet with during your 1x1 meetings, so there is no need to exchange business cards.

Will you be providing printed agendas?

To reduce paper waste, we will not be providing printed copies of the Summit agenda. A digital version will be shared with all attendees in advance. If you prefer to have a printed copy, we encourage you to print it before you arrive.

Do I need to wear my name tag?

You will receive a name tag on a lanyard at registration on the first morning. Please be sure to wear this at all times throughout The Summit.

What restroom and wardrobe facilities will be available?

There are 12 women's and 12 men's stalls located on the conference floor. Hospitality baskets with essential items will be available outside the restrooms. A 650-square-foot room will be available for luggage storage and will also serve as the Summit charging station. Please note that this room will be unattended, so we recommend keeping any valuables with you at all times.

When will I know my schedule?
