Order Truffles Directly from Piedmont!
For a limited time, Indagare members are invited to order fresh and highly coveted Alba White Truffles, known as one the rarest gourmet ingredients in the world.
Truffles will arrive straight from the home of the white truffle, Piedmont, in northwestern Italy.
Truffle sizing chart: Truffles are ordered by weight. One generous portion (per dish) equals roughly 10 grams.
- Small: truffles below 30 grams or 1 ounce
- Large: truffles between 30 grams and 80 grams (between 1 to 3 ounces)
- Extra Large: truffles over 80 grams (above 3 ounces)
Truffles will ship via FedEx or DHL in two to three business days. Typical shipping costs are approximately 60 to 80 EUR, depending on the size of the box. Due to shipping costs, there is a 100 gram minimum on all truffle orders (100 grams = approximately 700 EUR). Truffles are priced by Euros per gram, based on market prices, depending on the size of the truffle.
When ordering, you understand that truffle prices can vary daily and are subject to change. Hence, you are agreeing to an approximate price that will be finalized after the truffles have shipped. Upon receipt of your order, Indagare will put you in direct contact with our partner in Piedmont to execute the shipment.
