On my recent trip to Rome, I found the city buzzing with new energy—from a major hotel debut to standout exhibitions. Here are four exciting openings to have on your radar:
1. Corinthia Rome, newly opened in February, has one of the city’s most stunning suites—plus restaurants overseen by Milan-based chef, Carlo Cracco.
2. The “Venus” exhibition at PM23, a new cultural space from Valentino, pairs epic works by Joana Vasconcelos with some of Valentino’s archival haute couture.
3. Famed fashion designer Maria Grazia Chiuri (of Dior and Fendi) and her talented children have reimagined the jewel-box Teatro della Cometa, now a cultural hub with a charming café.
4. Galleria Borghese has two new exhibitions worth seeing: Marcello Provenzale from Cento: A Genius of Baroque Mosaic and Return to Galleria Borghese: Giovan Francesco Penni and Raphael’s Workshop.
